As we prepare for another great SMPS Philadelphia Program Year, we need to hear from our members and industry members on what types of content would be beneficial to you. Step one to planning was to brainstorm the possibilities. Now in our second and final session, we bring those ideas to life!
In this working session, we will review the ideas that were brought up in the first session and set objectives to make them into real programs. We are looking for attendees to help us plan out our schedule for the 2025-2026 Program Year and identify speakers.
Come ready with your computers to contribute to our 2025-2026 Program Year! We encourage attendees to join in person for the best collaboration, but a virtual option will be made available as well.
Session Goals
- Solidify Professional Development, Special Events, and New Initiatives like our Senior Leader Roundtable.
- Create a schedule for programs for the 2025-2026 Program Year.
