SMPS Philadelphia Members are invited to join us to review results of our Assessment Survey and identify areas of focus for our Strategic Plan. During this meeting we will also identify Champions for each focus area who will help brainstorm goal statements, and develop metrics, strategic, and tactics to measure progress.

This information will be presented and further developed during our in-person Strategic Planning workshop in late March.
