The Proposal Roundtable is a unique opportunity to see what other A/E/C firms are producing and to discuss the processes, obstacles, and experiences related to proposal development. This interactive discussion is an opportunity for those who work on proposals to ask questions of their peers about how other firms handle the proposal process and develop related materials. The goal is for proposal specialists to walk away with ways to improve their own packages and be the strategic partner to technical staff throughout the pursuit process.

Each attendee is required to bring an example.* We’re looking for a variety of proposals: SF330s, page limited, and large packages with unlimited pages. Come with questions to generate discussion and gain a new understanding of creative and useful ideas you can implement immediately.

*If you don’t bring a proposal, you won’t be able to participate in the event, even if you’re registered. The proposal that you bring will leave with you and will not be copied or photographed. You can black out or cover fees or any other confidential information.

With his training as a fine art photographer, Steven marries concise language with impactful imagery to create engaging proposals for multiple business lines. Since joining the ACE industry in 2015, Steven has focused primarily on the proposal process getting involved during the research phase prior to RFP release all the way through contract negotiations. At Stantec, Steven works with the North Central Marketing Team developing proposals for a variety of business lines, including water, wastewater, transportation, and environmental services. In addition to his role at Stantec, Steven serves as Director of Chapter Relations for SMPS Philadelphia developing DEI policies and creating partnerships with other local professional groups.
