The Proposal Roundtable is a unique opportunity to see what other A/E/C firms are producing, and to discuss the processes, obstacles, and experiences related to proposal development and composition. This interactive discussion will allow proposal specialists to share ideas for developing a strong win theme, how to showcase teaming arrangements, and really selling the proposal to evaluators. The goal is for specialists to walk away with ways to improve the persuasion of their own packages and be the strategic partner to the technical staff during the pursuit process.

Each attendee is required to bring a proposal to the event to share with others. This will help to generate discussion and provide an opportunity to gain new understanding in order to develop creative and useful ideas that can be brought back to the workplace. No one will be allowed to participate, even if pre-registered, without bringing a copy of a typical proposal* from their firm to use in the roundtable. We are looking for a variety of packages: SF330 submissions, page limited pursuits, and large packages with unlimited room for selling!
